Note: American GNC Corporation will require a hard copy of purchase order to start processing the order. All orders are accepted subject to American GNC Corporation’s terms and conditions of sale.

Taxes

Buyer is responsible for any taxes applicable to the products. The American GNC Corporation prices do not include any taxes. 7.25% Sales Tax will be added to the grand total price of an order if the shipping address is in California unless a California Resale Certificate is provided. The buyer is responsible to provide the American GNC Corporation their tax status certification.

Shipping/Delivery

All orders are shipped FOB American GNC’s Simi Valley plant and ownership transfers at that time. Prices do not include shipping. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped by UPS, Federal Express or US Post Office at customer expense. Insured mail is available at customer's expense. If other means are desired, customer must specify no later than 10 days before scheduled shipping date; such shipments are also at customer expense.

National and International Orders

• Unless an order has been placed through a distributor/sales representative, orders should be placed directly with the American GNC Corporation at the above listed address.

• All U.S. Governemnt agencies or contractors for the U.S. Government are eligible for GSA pricing per GSA schedule contract No.: GS-24F-0014K. Please see GSA Advantage and enter your user ID and password. If you don't have an ID and password, you can register online. After your registration, you can order from this website as well.

• Educational or non-profit institutions are eligible for price discounts.

Payment

Payment terms are cash, credit card, or net 30 days of invoice date if credit is approved in advance. Late payments shall be subject to a charge of 2% per month. International orders must be paid via check received and cleared in advance of shipment, or by wire transfer or letter of credit.
